In October, we look forward to hearing the 2016 church auction anthem winner, with a fun arrangement of the song One Day by reggae artist and beatboxer Matisyahu. Later in the month, the choir will also sing a beautiful arrangement of a portion of the Sanctus text. We will enjoy hearing a cello and piano duo playing Max Bruch's piece Kol Nidre on October 9 as we observe Yom Kippur.

If you have ever wanted to be an usher, helping welcome people to the church on Sunday mornings, now is your chance. Ushers sign up to help for one service every other month. This is a great way to get involved in the church without a huge time commitment. Contact Kristie Boudreaux, or email music.office@unitarianchurchbr.com for more information.

We also have openings for October, November, and December flower donations. If you'd like to honor a special person or commemorate a special occasion, consider signing up to bring flowers for the Sunday services. Learn more or sign up at the table in the fellowship hall after each service.
